We are looking for vendors who can support us regd. AC Motors used in Bag less vacuum Cleaners, for a major MNC in Europe. Could you please provide us the Quotes for the supplied Drawing. Spec of the Motor: - start-up torque: 5kgfcm (constant torque mode 3 kgfcm), translating into 0,5Nm (0,3 Nm) - RPM: 30-60 - direction of ration: free or vectored - Volt: AC 220-240V - Axis: plastics possible, mode of fixation to be defined (see drawing example) - life cycle: 50 hours, 10s on/100s from VDE certification desirable if available We have designed the Gears to achieve the Required RPM and Torque (30-60 rpm & 4 Kgf-cm) as we discussed above.
