Milz is a distribution company located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. We are currently looking for a supplier of Wheat Gluten (at least 75% protein based) who will be able to procure up to 500 metric Tons per month.

Considering the worldwide pressure on pricing for vital wheat gluten, we are currently looking for a supplier who can manufacture vital wheat gluten for less than $900 USD per Metric Ton.

We are looking to move the product FOB to Toronto and are interested in your freight terms.

Vital Wheat Gluten is a creamy-tan colored powder produced by low temperature
drying of gluten extracted from quality wheat flour. Vital Wheat
Gluten contains a minimum of 75% protein and has unique visco-elastic
properties, making it ideal for a variety of baking and other food applications.
