Hi my name is Jaime Chaluisan:

I am the owner of an Italian Restaurant in Puerto Rico. the restaurant has the capacity for over 275 persons we have over 7500 sf of space.

The Restaurant is, but I want to change the concept to a more fine dinning. We will sell quality fine cuts of meet and Sea Food.

I think your concept is very interest. And I will like to explore if your systems will be the edge that we are looking.

I have plans of opening new Restaurants in the Caribbean.
