GBM Royal Ventures is pleased to submit this Letter of Interest regarding the sourcing of certified Non-GMO Vegetable Oils for long-term procurement and export to our esteemed client base in Asia.
We are seeking to establish a mutually beneficial partnership with your esteemed company for the consistent monthly supply of 10,000 Metric Tons (MT) of any of the following commodities:
â€Â¢ Crude Rapeseed Oil
â€Â¢ Crude Soyabean Oil
â€Â¢ Refined Sunflower Oil
â€Â¢ Refined Olive Oil
Product Requirements & Quality Specifications:
â€Â¢ Genetic Status: Certified 100% Non-GMO
â€Â¢ Origin: To be confirmed by supplier
â€Â¢ Packaging: Flexi Tank or Drum
â€Â¢ Inspection: SGS or equivalent, at loading port and at seller's cost
â€Â¢ Insurance: Minimum 110% of CIF value, covered by seller
Quantity & Duration:
â€Â¢ Monthly Quantity: 10,000 MT of any product mentioned
â€Â¢ Contract Period: Twelve (12) months
â€Â¢ Extension: Subject to mutual agreement with Rolls & Extensions
Delivery Terms:
â€Â¢ Incoterm: CIF
â€Â¢ Discharge Port: Major Chinese seaport
Documentation Required:
We kindly request the following documents be submitted alongside your Full Corporate Offer (FCO):
â€Â¢ Company Profile with full legal registration
â€Â¢ Valid Non-GMO Certification
â€Â¢ Product Specifications or Certificate of Analysis (COA)
â€Â¢ Copy of past performance records or B/Ls for similar transactions
â€Â¢ Confirmation of willingness to engage in a Back-to-Back Export Arrangement or Third-Party Shipment Agreement
Pricing & Payment Terms:
â€Â¢ CIF pricing per metric ton to be quoted
â€Â¢ Willingness to accept a Back-to-Back Letter of Credit (LC) structure
