Our Kazakhstan private company "OMK Industries" buys equipment (complete line) for processing and packing CTC black tea. Please send your business offers for processing and packing CTC black tea (possible Green tea, Orthodox grades tea, Herbal tea). Below of CTC black tea processes machines, you must offer us commercial offers: price of equipment (line), technical specifications of equipment, list of equipment, photo equipment, kW, technological scheme (with step by step description of the process) and layout of the plant, delivery; installation. We need to set up a plant in Almaty (Kazakhstan) for processing and packing CTC black tea procured from India, Sri lanka (Ceylon), Bangladesh, Vietnam, China, Kenya, etc. For this require the following machinery: 1) Horizontal Rotary Drum Type Tea Blending Machine + Vibratory Sorter (Vibratory Sifter), Bucket Elevator, Belt conveyors for feed hopper; 2) Blended tea Storage Bin; 3) Form-Fill-Seal (FFSM) - packing machine (Volumetric filling system, Heat sealable material, Quantity: 100gm, 250 gm, 500 gm, ? packets/min); 3) Tea Bag Machine (Quantity: 2-5 gram, ? tea bag /min). On the other hand, I particularly do not understand this technology, but to quote an example, some equipment, you must select or add new equipments. We have not yet decided on the capacity of of products, but we want from you receive quotation with prices if possible for each 1000 kg/hour and 300kg/hour. Except (addition) to this project, we planned to purchase equipment for the production of Ice te-Lemonade-Water machine = 6000b/h-0.5L (0.33L-1L) and machine Horse sausage and Beef Jerky. All of these workshops will be located in an old building - hangar, which can be, we will reconstruct for different workshops.
