LETTER OF INTENT TO INVEST IN OML 6,110 OPL

This letter serves to introduce to you the above named investment Company.
We write to confirm the willingness and capability of our client (HAURUN GROUP) to purchase the above stated OML oil blocks.
Sir, we need confirmation that the Allottees have paid signature bonuses in full to their relevant authorities in Nigeria and all relevant documents subject to verification/confirmation of documentation that the Allottees own the oil block and that the oil block(s) is free from any legal entanglements.
Also we have provided our (POF) proof of funds for Investor/Buyer and Allottee/seller to meet on Friday 21st September for the transaction to commence immediately.
