The key points during Jar preform molding process is the neck screw, wall thickness and weight. The neck screw was molding with two inserts, so if it cannot be controlled precisely, the thread cannot connect well. To blow the bottle well, the preform design is very important; the preform thickness should be designed according to the bottle shape.
