Dear Sirs,

We are interested in Petroleum Solvent Additive 78 (PSA78).

Petroleum Solvent Additive 78 (PSA78) is derived from the distillation of a soluble solvent and is neutralized with nitrogen hydroxide while in its insoluble form. This product enhances the viscosity of heavy crude oil, allowing for smooth and unobstructed flow of crude in its soluble state through pipelines. This improvement boosts the efficiency of transporting crude oil from one system to another.

Please advise do you have above product and can deliver it to US.

First of all we need a specification of PSA 78, in case it
meets our requirements we will need a test of 150 litres and then 21 000 litres monthly.

Please advise the price on the request.
