And then a lubricating layer will be produced between metal wall and melt. This lubricating layer is in homeostasis during the continuous entrusion. The extrusion quality and production quality will be stable after the homeostasis is stable.

The pretreatment equipment which has high content of pigment masterbatchcan be adopted first so that the balanceable time is 15-20 minutes. The pigment masterbatch of common chroma can also be used directly. It usually takes into effect in 30-60 minutes.
9.Does Pigment masterbatch and other accessory ingredient bring into play.
In the acknowledged typical receipt, it does not influence the acting of other accessory ingredient functions at present.
