We are company from Bulgaria:
"Rondo 9" OOD, Sofia

We produce PVC windows and profiles; we have started production of new type of profile:

we need to achieve insulating glass with tree glasses and PVC spacer, but not traditional aluminum one.

We have got a little problem to solve concerning the construction work of our PVC profile system for window and doors. Let me introduce it to you. First in the attached file you may have a look of our tree layer insulating glass which is achieved by directly gluing the separate tree layers to the PVC frame(see the attached sketch).
So what we would like from you is specially designed machine for installing the rubber strip and than fixing the glass on the right place and then heating only the perimeter of the insulating glass and than pressing the glass so achieving good adhesion between PVC and the glass surface.

We need to use technology similar to warm edge.
