Requirements:
âThe supplier must have all relevant regulatory authority certified agricultural products and be a qualified supplier to China.
âThe supplier must provide a recent copy of the COA of the product from an accredited laboratory or an SGS report with redacted confidential information.
âThe supplier must have an AQSIQ certification.
âThe supplier must agree to an SGS / CCIC Inspection at site (place of manufacturing) o A marketing or trading company can be a seller only if the actual manufacturer is part of the sales and purchase agreement and all business licenses, regulatory certification and other relevant documents are provided from the manufacturer.
Payment terms: The Buyer shall open a 100% irrevocable confirmed by prime bank, divisible, documentary letter of credit MT700 at sight. Other options can be negotiated but not preferred.
