We are looking for investors, and research organizations. We are going to only fill 1/3 of our island paradise with inhabatints, and we are considering 1/3 of the island research facilities. If you are interested in a research facility on a secluded island then look no further.

We have a location that has been secured. It consists of 20, 000 acres, Surrounded by Beautiful sand beach's, Wooded/timber area, flat lands, Hills and mountains, secluded from civilization, We are preparing to build our own community, self-sufficient community.

Only 1/3 of the location will be filled with people, a total of 10000 family, s only will be accepted. These will be mostly 1/2 to 1 acre tracts as laid out on plans.We will accept all walks of live, white, yellow, brown, black, white collar, blue collar, what you are is no matter to us, we will all live and work together, no matter of your religion or your walk in life.
