Dear Sir/Madam,
Our company deals with Import & Distribution in Israel since 1982 and considered to be a major supplier in the local market.
We are also an authorized dealers of government institutions in Israel, and now we're taking part on a tender of Photo Copy paper for our government needs.
We wrapped looking for manufacturers that can support us with high quality photo paper, large quantities for production, logistics and of course the best prices in order for us to win this tender.
The estimated purchase amount is about 820,000 reams of paper, each package contains 500 pages.
Attached you will find the exact specification of paper types and amounts we are looking for.
Please pay attention to our remarks regarding the compliance documents.
If you could not supply those, please don't submit your quote.
Kindly advise your lowest FOB price for the items on this RFQ, ASAP.
