Plastic Building Materials Machinery
We are interested in building a Thermoplastic Olefin (preferably Polycarbonate) plant that will produce building materials in Nigeria using mostly locally available raw materials. We are desirous to know if you can build the required machinery for the Plant.

The products of the envisaged Plant are:
1. Roofing sheets
2. Clear sheets for Windows(Polycarbonate or Acrylic)
3. Doors(Polycarbonate or PVC)
4. Ceilings of various designs including Mirror designs
5. Wall Panels with various designs.

Locally available Plastic Raw Materials in Nigeria:
1. High density Polyethylene (HDPE)

Electric Power: 22/380 volts, 50/60 cycles.

We need you to do the followings:

1. Design and build the required machinery including Mould and recycling of second quality production materials, off cuts/pieces etc.
2. Produce floor plan
3. Install and test run the Machinery for three or six months
4. Teach our Operators how to service the Machinery.
5. Provide us with written guarantee/warrantee on the Machines.
6. A written certification that all equipments are new and none made in China.

What we will do:
We will pay you from the USA and in USD
