RFQ Details

"I am looking for a supplier of cheap plastic lenses in my own design. All the lenses are needed in the same shape and has to have 2 holes in total, drilled in the upper right and upper left corner. The holes has to have a diameter of 3 mm.
If you send me your e-mail address, I will send you the shape design as soon as possible.
The lenses are to be made as ""packages"" of 32 lenses in different power ranges: 2 x -8, 00, 2 x -7, 00, 2 x -6, 00, 2 x -5, 00, 2 x -4, 00, 2 x -3, 00, 2 x -2, 00, 2 x -1, 00, 2 x +1, 00, 2 x +2, 00, 2 x +3, 00, 2 x +4, 00, 2 x +5, 00, 2 x +6, 00, 2 x +7, 00, 2 x +8, 00.
The edge thickness of the lenses must not exceed 4 mm and are preferred in 2-4 mm thick.
I would like to receive your offer for these ""packages"" in the quantities of 10, 100, 1000 and 5000."
