Plastic (non-PVC) pages to hold colectable coins

I am looking to get customized holders for people who collect coins as a hobby. The pages would be similar to the pages found at these websites - http://*****/coin_and_currency_pages.htm
http://*****/coin_supplies/heavy_duty_vinyl_pages.htm

I am looking to have a compnay create these pages in a slightly different format, the pages in the above links hold 20 coins, mine would hold between 5 and 10. I would be interested in doing a test run of the format, with future large purchases. I would prefer not to use plastic sheets that contain PVC, but would consider vinyl depending on cost.
