Sir,
We are looking for 400MTof polyelectrolyte.
polyelectrolyte is for treatment of domestic sludge which will be used after
treatment as natural fertilizer.
qty reqd is 300mt. 30% of the total qty will be used for the thickening of
excess bio sludge prior to anaerobic digestion while the other 70% will be
used in dewatering of digested sludge by centrifuges of 1900 rpm - 2600rpm
speed.
minimum two products should be recommended one with high cationic charge
and high molecular weight while the other will be of medium cationinc charge
and lower melecular weight. Any extra alternative product will be accepted.
should provide 100 gms sample of each product with detailed technical report
including cationic charge percentage and molecular weight. The above
mentioned samples will be used for laboratory CST test.
these producta should have no hazardous effects on the environment. Official
certificates should prove this from health authorities or independent lab.
All deliveries of polyelectrolyte shall be of uniform garin size and shall
match with the samples
packing shall be of 25 kg in air tight bags.
