RFQ Details

Currently, I am looking for a material that can fulfill following specification,

Mechanical Properties should be in accordance with BS 2782 (Part 3) standard.

Thermal properties as mentioned in BS 2782 (Part1)

Plastics- determination of burning behavior of flexible vertical specimens in contact with a small flame ignition source must be comply with ISO 9773. The flammability should not less than VTM2 as of ISO 9773.

Plastic-determination of the effects of exposure to damp heat, water spray and salt mist- ISO 4611.

Plastics- determination of changes in colour and variations in properties after exposure to day light under glass, natural weathering or artificial light (UV)- ISO 4582

Determination of water absorption as per mentioned in ISO 62 maximum 0.2%

Determination of impact strength ISO 180-1 (A)- minimum 15 *****/cm (impact resistance notched)

Heat distortion temperature shall conform to the requirement of ISO-75. Should be > 85C

Glow wire test as per IEC 695-2-1 has to be passed at 600C

Need the material in two diffrent colours as follows:

Transparent - 9000 kg/ month
Beige Colour -9000 kg/ month
