RFQ Details

Our company is engaged in manufacturing of pre-insulated steel pipes and fittings having rigid polyurethane foam thermal insulation with outer polyethylene casing for district heating networks and hot water supply (acc. to EN 253 and EN 448).

Typical technical properties of required PUR systems are as follows:
1. Blowing agent must be carbon dioxide having zero ODP (without any content of freons, HCFC etc. in polyol blend).
2. Foaming characteristics of the polyurethane system 1 (pre-insulated pipes production):

- cream time - not less than 50 s
- fibre time - 170-220 s
- free rise density - not more than 35-40 kg/m3

3. Foaming characteristics of the polyurethane system 2 (pre-insulated fittings production):

- cream time - 25-35 s
- fibre time - 150-175 s
- free rise density - not less than 35-40 kg/m3

Now at our production facility several high-pressure polyurethane machines are used for foaming of PU components mix. In the line of pre-insulated pipes production is used high-pressure PU machine of nominal output 300 kg p/m (A:B = 100:100). The same for fitting production PU machine - 150 kg p/m.

We are also interested in separate delivery of polyol blend (component A of foaming PU system) and MDI (monomer and prepolymer blend - component B of foaming PU system) for our own consumption in manufacture of preinsulated products.

Regarding to packaging of polyol and MDI - delivery in IBC containers 1000 kg is preferable.
