Dear Sirs,

Our enterprise is engaged in the development of technologies and the production of stable isotopes for pharmaceutical industry using our own equipment and facilities. Because of an increased demand on solar silicon lately we began the development of technology of applying thin silicon films for the sun batteries. The films are applied directly from the ionic bunch of plasma by our own equipment. Using our technology there is a possibility to apply not only amorphous films but also micro-crystalline films with mono-silicon crystals with COE rating 12% and the efficiency of multi-silicon solar cell (SC) practically does not differ from mono-crystalline SC, but it has a benefit in weight (a few atomic layers are applied) and in wide application field because of its flexibility. The process' idea is that inside a vacuum chamber for applying thin films, photocells are applied in a superthin layer (about 0,2 micron) on the large rolls of basis material, and plenty of basis material cassettes are processed at once. Such technology allows to reduce the cost of producible energy kilowatt.

We are looking for a partner who has diagnostic equipment for measuring physical parameters of the applied films and creation of technical conditions, and receipt of consultations in an industry of sun elements.

We also want to offer a "goods on commission" work scheme, where Your raw material: granules, crystals, chunks, wafer pieces and etc. would be recycled into mono- or polysilicon ingots or wafers for solar cells (don't forget to give us the specifications of Your raw materials). Our guaranteed quality is ISO 9001 and the recycling time is maximally short.
