The attached plans are to provide dimensions only for the construction of a Chinese panel house. The plans are for a brick and tile standard home here in Perth, not for a panel home that your clients produce.
What we need is a quotation and building materials specification of a house of these dimensions prepared for shipping to Perth in 40 foot containers.
The pricing would be FOB.
The house can be priced to fit onto a cement floor or a steel framed floor on pillars.
The roofing would be in colorbond corrogated sheet steel.
The house can include all electrical channelling and fittings.
The house can include plumbing pipes inserted and plumbing fittings.
The house can also be priced with cabinets as per the plans. If they do not do this, then pricing can be without fittings.
The house would be constructed of high fire proof panel materials.

Standards: All products must meet Australia and International standards.
