We have are in the final stages of our business plan of expansion which includes: doing extensive market research, analyzing the current market value, internal analysis, our target market identification and potential marketing integration. With the help of several of our buyers, we have reached the following conclusion and the projections listed below.

Upon a mutual agreement on price, availability and logistics; we have made a conclusion to place a small first time order with your company here in the next few days. The first orders are going to be small as a test to determine your shipping time, drop shipping procedures and determine your work reliability and ethical procedures. After receiving the first set of orders, we will determine the authenticity of the CPUs and set up for samples to be sent out to all of our buyers and perspective buyers in a timely manner.
According to the market we have created and the relationships we have built with our wholesalers over the last year, our companies needs have surpassed the availability of our current distributor. To give you a little background on our business, we are distributing roughly 5, 000 CPUs per month for the third quarter of 2009. Our business has the means to produce more volume given the availability of CPUs at our projected prices, as we are currently dealing with two wholesalers nationally with expecting growth in the next 6 to 12 months. One of our buyers currently has the capacity to distribute 8, 000+ CPUs per month for the next several months. The second wholesaler is able to distribute as many as 15, 000+. According to the market we have created and the relationships we have built with our wholesalers over the last year, our companies needs have surpassed the availability of our current distributor.
