Guangzhou Shengli Model Products Manufacture Co., Ltd. is located in Guangzhou scientific city; our production area is nearly 1500 square meters. We have a staff of over 60 people and have made an investment of more than $15 million, which includes advanced, modern manufacturing, engineering technology and equipment. This includes the SLA3500 rapid prototype, five axis numerical control processing system (CNC), low pressure bottler and three dimensional sweeping system. We can provide research and development and systematic service for most of companies.
First, the laser prototype manufacture
The equipment uses SLA3500 rapid prototype machine which is produced by American 3DSYSTEMS Corporation, the resin material uses the newest kind of ABS photosensitive resin which is produced by American Hunsman (former Ciba Corporation), this material has avoided the high brittle shortcoming effectively which common photosensitive resin has. So we can make the high accuracy and high strength prototype for the customer. Second, CNC Rapid prototype
We use Simens five axis CNC and 7 high speed, high accuracy CNC made in Taiwan (what is the name of this machine and 1 Beijing accurate carving machine, with these machine we can process many kinds of plastic cements and the metallic material model products for customers.
Third, the rapid mold manufacture
We use a vacuum duplicate mold machine with a low pressure bottler so we can provide the customer product development, the small batch trial manufacturing, the multi-type small batch manufacturing for the plastic cements rapid manufacture service. Helping customer puts the product into the market in the shortest time.
