Dear Madam or Sir,

We from the Padisah Golf resorts Ltd. and our several other companies in Turkey, which are all exclusively German owned and operated, plan to construct within the next 15 years round 50 Golf Resorts and different other Real Estate, as well as Ski Resort Projects in Turkey.

Our contacts to the Turkish Authorities and Ministries in Ankara are excellent, which is very necessary to accomplish this future plans.

In our Feasibility Studies and Business Plans of our first 5 Golf Resort Projects (that we will send you after receiving your replay) which we momentary have under planning, you can see the great potential that lies in the Golf and Ski sector of Turkey.

The volume to finance each one of this projects lies by min. 120 Million Euro and up. Included in this are Hotels, min. 45 hole Golf Courses and Facilities, Wellness Complexes and Properties for the International Real Estate Market.

We are now searching for investor or credit lines to finance our projects of min. 120 Million Euros funding volume. The Credits for this Funds need to be on a 10 years Contract. The necessary reassurances of Land and Properties etc. during the Credit repatriation are obvious!

If Your company and Partners could assist or provide us with credit/loan services in this volume, or bring us in contact to the appropriate Finance Consultant, Provider, Found Managers and/or Project Financing Companies, we would be very grateful.
