Proof of diamonds required

I am a Trading company based in South Africa. I have a serious buyer, a long time client of mine, who requires diamonds. I am struggling to get a reliable and stable seller for him. He will sign any manifest you have if it pleases him and woud like to know where you are prepared to send the stones for viewing. He is linked with the security firm in South Africa that works with such commodities and their transportation there of.
Please advise if you are able to assist us with some form of proof of the stones you have available at this time.
