RFQ Details

I have been contracted by a semiconductor manufacturer to find a reliable, competitively-priced supplier of 6" & 8" silicon wafers. There are four types of wafers needed: 6" & 8" Monocrystalline Silicon wafers, as well as 6" & 8" Multicrystalline Silicon wafers.
The below specs are necessary:
-Resistivity: 0.5-3.0 Ohm (3.0-6.0)
-Type: P-Type
-Orientation: 100 Degree
-Surface: Polished, both sides.

We are looking for a quantity of 3 Million per month of each type of wafer. To avoid confusion, this amounts to a total of 12 Million units supplied per month. Also, we would like to sign a one-year contract.
