RFQ Details

To Whom It May Concern,

This is a letter of intent to secure 2.8 million barrels/monthly of crude oil around 32-34 API for minimum of 12 months (preferably 24 months with extensions).

Types of crude oils and fuel that we are interested in:

Russian light
South American
Bonnie light
Diesel
Bio fuel

We have serious secured buyers in place our thru European consortiums.

Several of our buyers have specific conditions for their purchases:

-FOB only
-Platt rate discount price.
-secondary contracts

Following an offer letter from your seller meeting these conditions for our specific buyers; we will provide proper documentation letter to facilitate the order.
