RFQ Details

We are interested in purchasing a PE Plastic Machine to make clear sheet plastic for removal of building moisture material dry out. The sheets are used to cover buildings that have water damage and must have water de-humidifiers placed inside to remove the moisure. The sheets protect the outside of the buildings from moisture coming inside.

The machine must be capable of making rolls of the clear plastic and having them folded onto a usable roll that can be handled. This website shows a good example of the final product.

The general specifications of the final material are as follows.
- Clear
- Tri Folded
- 6 mil thickness (.006" = .15 mm)
- 20 feet wide when unfolded (610 cm)
- 100 feet long when unrolled (3048 cm)
