This is Andee, I am the International Purchasing Manager from Sunshine Energy Technology Co., Ltd in China. We run 56 mono furnaces so far, so we need at least 40 tons raw material per month to keep healthy, stable development. The following is product list that we are interested in purchasing:
1. All Size IC Whole wafers
P<100> or N<100>, Resistivity P>0.5ohm or N>1ohm, Thickness>500microns
2. IC Grade, Mono and Multi Grade Broken wafers
