pvc inflatable dress is a dress that is made from pvc that a lady puts on and then inflates with wir to give it its big skirt shape, the dress is to be made from pvc and is to be a sealed inflatable only using a valve to inflate it,

this dress is like any other ladies dress except that it is made from pvc and the lady inflates it after putting it on, the inflatable dress must be capable of staying inflated all the time, and have welded seams, with a beach ball type valve either upon the sleeve or in the skirt for inflation purposes.

THIS IS A PVC DRESS THAT THE LADY PUTS ON LIKE A NORMAL DRESS AND THEN INFLATES IT TO GIVE THE SKIRT ITS BELL SHAPE
