Thus, one ( 1 ) Numbering / Ticketing machine will be needed in the ground floor, which will be installed at
the entrance on the East side of the building.
b. The Numbering / Ticketing machine should be capable of offering 3 or more functions.
This means that the Customer will just press which function he is interested to transact with this office and get
his Queue ticket number. The Queue ticket should indicate the following :
o Queue Ticket number
o The Processing Window numbers this Queue Ticket is applicable - this is to avoid Customers waiting
on the wrong part of the Ground Floor.
c. Each of the 80 processing window in the Ground Floor has no PC workstation.
Thus, each processing window may need 1 control box for the processor to press the Queue number.
If you can supply a control box where two Processors can share, then this can be cost-effective.
These 80 processing windows will be divided into the 3 or more functions.

as this data is already reflected on the LCD display.

3. Second Floor
a. After completion of the process at the Ground Floor, each Customer is required to go to the Second Floor
for further processing. Each Customer will again need to get a Queue Ticket on reaching the Second Floor.
Thus, a new Numbering / Ticketing machine will be needed in the Second Floor, which will be installed at
the end of the stairways on the Northeast side of the building.
b. Each of the 60 processing windows in the Second Floor has no PC workstation.
