1. Buyer issues LOI + KYC + Company Documents


2. Seller provides FCO + full compliance documents


3. Parties sign NCNDA/IMFPA to protect all intermediaries


4. Seller provides POP/SKR/Export License/Assay (depending on origin)


5. Contract is signed


6. Seller ships the gold DAP to buyer̢۪s refinery


7. Final assay performed at buyer's refinery in Qatar


8. Buyer completes payment via MT103 after assay


9. Commissions are settled in USDT (TRC20) as per IMFPA
