Subject: Request for 2 Million Barrels of BLCO or Bonga Crude Oil â€" Direct Sellers or Mandates Only

We are seeking to procure 2 million barrels of Bonny Light Crude Oil (BLCO) or Bonga crude oil under a mutually beneficial and transparent arrangement.

Kindly note that we are only interested in engaging directly with legitimate sellers or their authorised mandates. We will not entertain intermediaries without a proven mandate or verifiable seller relationship.

Our team is prepared to proceed upon receipt of the following:

Full Corporate Offer (FCO)

Seller’s readiness to provide Proof of Product (POP) following standard procedures

Clear procedures and payment terms, preferably via LC or SBLC from a Tier 1 bank
