Query of tire shred/powder

We are looking for a long term and stable supplier of waster tyres, and it would be appreciated if you can please clarify the points below: 1) Do you supply shredded truck tyre? 2) Is the truck tyre free from metal/wire contamination? 3) Can you further process the shred into powders (mesh size 14)? 4) what is your estimated monthly supply capability in MT? 5) Is it possible to provide a small sample for our lab analysis for custom clearance purpose (of course we will cover a reasonable cost for that) 6) what is your best price (CIF)?
