I would like to know if we can negotiate the minimal quantity for an order. Is it possible to buy 2500 tones? What would be the transportation cost for this quantity to port of Varna, Bulgaria? What is the size of the particles of the powder (mesh/microns)? Is it an export or reexport through Spain? I'm asking just to be sure if I have to pay custom taxes or not.
