RFQ Details

Hello,

My name is Lucas Jacobson and my company is looking for a manufacture to produce an on going demand for a small "Conga" shaped wooden shell.

Because of the small size of the shell, it should be turned from one solid block, and finished in several stain colors that highlight the wood grain. They should also have a coating of polyurethane.

The inside of the shell need not be finished, however the shell does have a solid bottom unlike a true conga. I have included a drawing of the shell with both English dimensions and metric dimensions. (I branded this sight will not let me send attachment so please e-mail me at ***** ).

We would be looking at quantities of 500 shells per 90 days and would appreciate your quote for these parts in several types of hardwood.
