Mr. Ronald Cherry, I hope this message finds you well. My name is Seth Seaton, and I'm the designated point of contact for Bonanza Blue Hill Corporation. We are eager to engage with Shifra Energy LLC and explore collaborative opportunities in the distribution of EN590 and JetA1. Bonanza Blue Hill Corporation is committed to ensuring a seamless process for both buyers and sellers. In light of our motivated buyer, we kindly request Shifra Energy LLC to provide us with the Soft Corporate Offer (SCO) and Letter of Intent (LOI) for consideration. I have also provided their request and also the procedure they desire to work with for your situational awareness: What: Purchase not less than, 100k MT up to 300k MT of EN590 per shipment and A1 Jet Fuel, up to 10M bbl per month Procedure: Strictly upon a FOB basis, within the following required parameters. 1. Zoom call with the legal Seller (Allocation / Title Holder) and the actual Buyer who will pay for the product. If successful we advance to step two. 2. Buyer issues ICPO (Absolutely no TSA / TSR) 3. Seller issues "Commercial Invoice" and Injection Report, the Buyer will independently verify the latter. If all is in order, we advance to step four. 4. Buyer's bank sends SWIFT MT199 5. Seller issues Full Proof of Product Scenario 1. Seller's tanks are sealed, perfect. Buyer pays for the product while it remains in the Seller's tank then title is transferred to the Buyer. Scenario 2. Seller's tanks are not sealed, then the Buyer will pay for a Dip Test. Once complete and if successful the Buyer, then pays for the product while it remains in the Seller's tanks.
