I am searching for a manufacturer who can produce a small quantity (to order) of a recycled magazine bag.

The magazines HAVE to be from the UK/US only! I have attached a specification and a design for the product. A sample would be needed first of all so that we are all in agreeemnt to how it needs to be produced.
