We are currently sourcing for the following.

1. COMMODITY: Steam Coal in Bulk Packing

2. SPECIFICATIONS: GCV 6500 Kcal (rejection <6300Kcal)

SPECIFICATION

Total Moisture (AR) 10% max

Inherent Moisture (ADB) 7.5% max

Ash Content (ADB) 8% max

Volatile Matter (ADB) 41% max

Fixed Carbon (ADB) 40% max

Total Sulphur (ADB) 1% max

Gross Calorific Value (ADB). 6500 Kcal/kg

H.G.I 42 IP min

Size 0 to 50mm 95% min

3. QUANTITY

First Trial Shipment: 60,000 MT

Subsequent Shipments: Min 60,000 MT per month to Max 200,000 MT per month

Allowance +/- 10% per month

4. SHIPMENT COMMENCEMENT

Within 30 days after issuance of 100% Irrevocable L/C from International Bank

5. CONTRACT DETAILS

Term: 1 + 12 months contract

Month 1 conducted on CNF basis

All shipments thereafter conducted on FOB basis

Performance Bond: 2% Performance Bond on every shipment to be provided by vendor

6. DESTINATION

Mailiao Port, Taiwan for all shipments.

Unloading Rate: 12,000mt per day PWWD SHINC (seller to confirm)

7. PRICE

FOB Mother Vessel USD$39.50 per metric ton

CNF Mai Liao Port Taiwan USD $ 49.00 per metric ton

Suggested Vessel Size Panamax

Price subject to review every 3 months. (Seller to propose price adjustment calculation.)

8. Documents Required

a) FCO attached with scanned Coal Analysis Report & Proof of past similar shipment (Bill of Lading with accompanying Certificate of Sampling and Analysis)
