Reprinting/Reproduction Rights of images of KIDs from the Kim Anders

We are interested in buying the Reprinting/Reproduction Rights of images of KIDs from the Kim Anderson collection.
We are in a process of designing & printing a single page Big Size Wall Hanging Calendar as well as a multi page Wall / Table Calendar for 2 of our clients for the purpose of promotion of their brands. We need the KIDs imges from Kim Anderson collection for the same.
For the single page Big Size Wall Calendar we need an image which is approximately 16" W X 19" H or of a larger size.
For the multi page Wall Calendar the images can be of smaller than the above mentioned size whereas for the Table Calendars of further smaller size.
To facilitate quality reproduction we need 300 DPI images along with the Reprinting/Reproduction rights.
In case of both the above mentioned applications the utility of the images at our end will be for One time /Single usage basis.
In view of this we need information about about the process of obtaining the Reprinting/Reproduction Rights for the images of KIDs from Kim Anderson collection, alongwith the price structure, mode of payment, mode of delivery, time required for delivery and the Terms & Conditions involved.
