Request for EOI: Hand Held Computer

RFQ Details

We are a start up based in Chennai, working in health care sector. We have a requirement of 20 pieces (to start with) of hand held computer. Please go through the following MUSTS before sending across a reply.1) The device should have support for independent application development. 2) The cost per device should be less than Rs 12000. The quotation should be made for 1, 20, 500 and 1000 gadgets. With govt as our first customer cost will be one deciding factor. 3) It should have an integrated printer, thermal or dot net. 4) It should have a LCD display preferably with white back light and more than 80 characters (20x4) per display. 5) Both Display and Keyboard should support Tamil language(Preferably all Indian languages). 6) GSM and Voice interface are optional
