Technical Specifications for Aircraft Re-fuller
Volume: (10, 000) Liters+ 3% Fullage. Shape: Double (D) shape Profile. Compartments: Two (2) Compartments. Body construction: All welded steel construction to specification St: 37-2 or equivalent. End Dishes/Shell: Made of Stainless St: (304) plate rolled as per manufacturer standards & to comply with international standards. Baffles: Made of Stainless St: (304) plate rolled as per manufacturer standards & to comply with international standards. Sub-frame: Heavy Duty channel to be used to fit the truck chassis with proper braces and cross members for heavy duty capacity. Saddles and Support: Made of Stainless St: (304) plate welded and bolted to the sub-frame to support tank geometry & is attached in the lower part of the tank sub-frame. Access Ladder and Walkway: A ladder is located at the rear side of the tank. A grating walkway is provided at the tank top.
