Required Graphite hollow rods

i want two hollow cylinders their specification are following Rod 1: Outer diameter=82mm inner diameter=66mm thickness=8mm height=100mm one end of rod is closed with graphite Rod 2: outer diameter=54mm inner diameter=46mm thickness of rod=4mm height of rod=100mm both ends of rods are opened. i am waiting for your kind response. The electrode should be hollow. the cathode and anode should not impervious if liquid put into it. the electrode must have higher conductivity,minimum grain size, and porosity. can you send me specification of electrode that you have?
