Required Machinery for Hydro forming Bellows.Specifications pertaining to our requirement is as follows.1) Inside radius of the bellow convolution - 3.75 mm2) Outside radius of the bellow convolution - 5 mm3) Wall thickness - 1.5 to 2 mm4) Materials used - Austenitic Stainless Steel5) Smallest Diameter would be around 200 NB and the largest diameter would be close to 1800 mm. However, we are in need of a machine up to 600 NB with bellow diameter being 617 mm in this case.6) Shortest length would be around 100 mm.
