RFQ Details

I want to try something remote controlled at a maximum distance of 100 feet, more than likely line of site, that would be able to rotate something 1/6 of a revolution or several/sixths of a revolution per push of a remote control button. Able to be programmed to automatically emit an 'audible' signal (approx 3Khz range for very short periods of time - possibly 1/50 second 50milsec) or much longer 1 to 2 minutes maximum or not automatically emit and yet emit via remote regardless of rotation.
I want it to be programmable,i.e. on/off, signal 1,2,3 through 10, possibly 300 separate sounds, in any combination.
I may want to upload sounds from a computer into either the hand held device (transmitter) or receiver. I know nothing.
What type of remotes are potential fits, which should I use? The same questions re: controllers (for lack of a better term) what are they how do they work? What price range retail, wholesale, to manufacture?
