We are a Small Scale Industry engaged in manufacture ofde-hydrated rice flakes for preparation of instantaneous porridge/paayasam. We require a Tray-Dryer to make Rice Flakes. We give below the details about our operationso that you will have some idea regarding our operations.We pulverize soaked rice. to powder and mix it with water inthe ratio 15 : 13. That is For every 15kg of wetrice powder we add 13kg water and mix itvigorously and spread on a S.S. Traymeasuring 47 x 25 x ? with 225 mg rice solution . Then the traysare sent to steam cooking with result the solution solidifies and become ajelly of 2mm thickness. This jelly isPEELED OUT from SS Tray and sent to YOURPROPOSED TRAY DRYER WITH NET TRAYS so that we get approximately 15kg dehydrated rice flake within HALF AN HOUR. Using 120 net-trays.
