RFQ Details

We use roll forming tools to make standard and custom shapes for a variety of industries. Our machines are 1.5" and 2.0" spindle diameter. We also need auxiliary tooling such as dies and fixtures. We require a supplier have the ability to design and build the tools, and prefer the ability to test-run the tools. The tools are generally made of D2 tool steel or equivalent, heat treated, and finish machined. We are seeking primarily Asian suppliers with experience in shipping to the USA and Mexico.
