RFQ Details

We are looking for a system to fill vinaigrette (oil, vinegar, herbs) in tree sizes of cups.
The smaller cups will be top sealed with transparent film from roll, with cutting.
The larger cup has a press on lid.

The two small trays have the following dimensions:
Top OD: 52.5 mm
Top ID: 46 mm
Height: 26 & 45 mm

The larger tray has the following dimensions:
Top: 62 mm
Height: 52 mm

We will need:
- denesting
- fillingstation, 20, 50 and 100 ml
- sealstation from film (small trays)
- lidplacer station (larger tray)
- outfeed

We will need a capacity of approx 6000/Hour
