(1) Feeding cloth has two ways: tension into cloth and tensionless into cloth- both with efficient removal of the fabric floating wool and mess and dust collector devices.
(2) Hydrosol sprays on glue; magnetic rod scratches glue.
(3) Magnetic rod and scraper in the same machine can be used simultaneously. Open net base, many gears design, and can change cylinder and scraper in every specifications, and the motor continue running while changing the flowery net.

(7) The conduction band washing device is equipped with two brush roller, wiper and blade, using recycled water, energy conservation, free pulling and Cleaning conveniently.
(8) The computer, using Austria B&R main line, has servo control system for distribution in Chinese, humane operation, improve the management and technology of digital fault detection, and can connect with the enterprise LAN, and realize remote monitoring and fault diagnosis via the Internet.
(9) Compound threading cloth drying room and temperature autoregulation.
Three types of heat source for selection : steamhot oil loadburner Number of drying room : 2, 3, 4, 5 optional, and each can accommodate about 9M cloth.
(10) Printing width : 1620-3200mm. 4-24 color of printing flower platform are in standard module assembly.
