RFQ Details

Our group is a direct buyer of rough diamonds. We are located in Israel and we are a licensed member of the diamond exchange center. We are interested to purchase rough diamonds in large quantities on a regular basis. We have the financial capability to purchase quantities worth 6 million USD on monthly transactions.

We are currently looking for gem quality diamonds, 3 ct. and above, color H and above, clarity VS and above and we have an interest to work according to the following procedures:

1) COD for inspection inside Brinks offices Tel Aviv. Parcel is transferred by Brinks according to the term: "For inspection inside Brinks offices". We are willing to pay the full shipment expenses from the carrier's location with our Brinks account. We will sponsor for the seller's agent a round ticket plus board and lodging expenses to accompany the parcel and to supervise the inspection process and payment procedure.

2) Delivery by passenger. We will sponsor for the seller's agent a round ticket plus board and lodging expenses to accompany the parcel and to supervise the inspection process and payment procedure.
